We are currently recruiting an Assistant Project Execution Lead to work on the project team for an offshore platform construction. The Assistant Project Execution Lead shall:
- Support the Project Lead in conducting audits on the contractual requirements between the business and its contractor, as well as on company standards, policies and procedures, especially requirements and standards from the Sustainability work package.
- Creating and updating a situation overview of the working conditions on the yards and providing this information back to the project office in the Netherlands.
- You shall be responsible for supporting the Project Lead with administrative matters and organisation of meetings for the project team, taking minutes of meetings and other adhoc administrative tasks.
- Being the primary liaison for the Corporate Social Responsibility Advisors and other internal experts
For this role you shall need to have:
- A University Degree preferably in Law or Business Administration
- Ability to liaise with senior management and facilitate communication between all stakeholders
- Knowledge of HVDC offshore platform projects and the necessary requirements for CSR surrounding them
