Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, screening candidates to managing interview, offering and onboarding stage.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the suitable talents.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations using PowerPoint to support recruitment strategy, project updates, and monthly recruitment report.
  • Provide day-to-day support regarding HR policies, compensation & benefits, training & development, etc.
  • Maintain HR system and employee records to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Contribute to HR project such as employee engagement programs, training and development, other initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategy and identify areas for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience recruiting for digitalization or technology-driven roles is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually impactful presentations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
