Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients in the ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) industry. Your role will involve promoting our range of ACMV systems and solutions to prospective clients, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the ACMV industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and sell ACMV systems and services to meet sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling business solutions, preferably in the ACMV/HVAC or related industries.
- Strong understanding of ACMV systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
