- Provides advice and guidance to other employees
- Work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded.
- Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization
- Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs
- Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance
- Developing and implementing human resources policies and Supporting strategic objectives
- Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner
- Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants
- Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

- Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.
- Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible
- Streamline operational processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes.
- Prepare timely and accurate performance reports
- Ability to develop effective self-media strategies for clients in these industries.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities. Demonstrated experience in leading teams to work efficiently and achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Ability to provide optimization recommendations and improvement measures based on data insights.
- Understanding local market trends and characteristics and providing strategic advice for the company's expansion.
- Proven ability to build teams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from scratch.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with our China team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business and operations management, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive results.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
- Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in operational software, ERP systems, and general office applications.
