Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate personnel in our company to build branding, foster brand engagement and improve operational efficiency.

You will develop creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends.

Monitoring market trends and identifying new media opportunities in line with business and client considerations; Search, recommend and seek approvals for new online sales channels.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various Ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok, etc.
  • Lead and strategize in creating content for all social media, FB, IG, TikTok, etc.
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across all digital channels, website, social media, mobile, email, etc.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of online marketing sales and campaigns.
  • Come out with good website contents such as banners, promotions, product designs and more.
  • Maintain and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms.
  • Ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and availability
  • Monitor all e-commerce orders and ensure that the orders are fulfilled from order to delivery and aftersales.
  • Responsible for e-commerce projects in the pipeline and to work with individuals and teams to ensure that they are delivered on time.
  • To drive the sales process consistently to meet or exceed targets.
  • Plan, develop and implement strategies within the company's budget to attract and retain online customers. This could range from implementing and optimizing digital ads strategies or improving the user experience of our website and developing new content to improve conversion rates.
  • To implement, conceptualize and develop brand-wide marketing initiatives through Company website, Facebook, EDM and SMS channels.
  • Managing customer’s comments and reviews through social media and e-commerce platform
  • Tracking and analysis of customers data to identify the market trends and opportunities.
  • Chatline support & Customer Service: Provide response and to inquiries, comments and reviews on various channels on social media, e-commerce platform, phone or emails.
  • Able to implement email marketing to target audience and customers through email.
  • Compiling, generating, analyzing and creating reports across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Payment reconciliation from all online platforms.
  • Admin duties such as order processing, payment reconciliation etc.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Requirement:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or a related discipline
  • Data analysis of digital media performance with reporting tools.
  • Experience with various e-commerce platforms/systems, (e.g., Magento, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Shopify, Grab etc.).
  • Skill and knowledge in digital & social media marketing, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu.
  • Experience in website creation and maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good in design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong people and time-management skills
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, well organized, self-starter, able to handle multi-task and work under pressure;
  • Accept & understand e-commerce may have odd work hours at different time of day during major campaign
