ELECTRONIC PROCESS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
Roles:
Process Technician will be part of the Operations Team responsible for ensuring Operations processes run smoothly as per production plan. The incumbent is expected to be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving operations and process issues.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible to conduct daily audit on operation process flow, ensure equipment is intact, and necessary safety protection devices.
· Observe workers closely to make sure all equipment/parameters is being used/follow properly and maintained to the correct standards.
· Provide technical support to manufacturing processes, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects
· Manage safe start up and shutdown of process/unit
· Ensure routine tasks and operations checklists are completed as scheduled
· Issue and close safe work permits and ensure work activities are carried out safely
· Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift change
· Participate in Environment, Safety, Health and Compliance programs
Requirements:
· Singaporean/PR with maintenance (mechanical) technician background
· At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in a manufacturing
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Must be able to write and communication in Mandarin and English
· Good team player, with strong self-initiative
· Willing to work in Jurong area
