Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management focus on MNCs and B2B
- Build key accounts partners and identify potential clients
- Maintain good relationship with customers and assist with customer retention
- Continually monitors market, customer, and competitor developments
- Driving sales and marketing objectives by developing and executing advertising and programs
- Create sales action plans
- Responsible for planning, executing and directing sales activities in local market to achieve sales objectives
- Works closely with internal sales/marketing/technical department
- Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
- Cold calling prospective clients to introduce our products and services
Requirements:
- Min polytechnic diploma
- Experience in sales with B2B Coffee Industry, F&B Industry
- Strong sales track record
- Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate junior members to achieve exceeding results
- Has experience as a telemarketer
