Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret data to understand human behaviours and provide actionable insights driving business decisions.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to understand consumer behaviour and trends. Using statistical tools and methodologies to identify the patterns and insights from these data sets.
- Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape. Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of different variables on behaviour.
- Reporting and Presentation: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Visualise data in a clear and compelling manner using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and UX/UI design, to integrate behavioural insights into business strategies as well as to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to influence consumer behaviour and improve business outcomes, in addition to provide actionable recommendations based on behavioural insights to support making decisions.
