Business Analyst
Location: Multiple Locations
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Remuneration Package: Up to $5,000
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with our UI/UX designer and support development squads. You will play a critical role in ensuring that product requirements align with business goals, guiding the development process, and enhancing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Manager:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to clarify product requirements and prioritize features effectively.
- Ensure all development activities adhere to the timelines established by the Project Manager.
User Requirements Identification:
- Work closely with the UI/UX designer to conduct user research, utilizing focus group discussions and other methodologies to gather insights.
- Clearly define and document user requirements that the product will address.
Business Process Re-engineering:
- Analyze current ('as-is') processes through mapping and documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Propose ‘to-be’ processes that incorporate necessary process changes and identify processes that can be digitalized through product development.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that user needs are communicated effectively.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather feedback and refine product features.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create comprehensive documentation of user requirements, process maps, and analysis reports.
- Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on progress and findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business process re-engineering methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with user research techniques and UI/UX principles.
