KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage activities of Engineering Service and develop Custom Solutions strategies based on customer profiles to drive collaborate closely with the Sales Department to market and sell Custom Solutions, Onsite Services, and Training offerings. This includes providing technical assistance, preparing quotations, conducting presentations, and actively participating during sales visits.
· Explore new opportunities and applications in collaboration with the Sales team to meet sales targets and expand business horizons. Contribute insights on product and service offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, working to drive the success of the sales for the Company.
· Develop and execute plans for process improvement, technological advancement, and quality stabilization. Lead the implementation of these plans to ensure continued innovation and excellence.
· Collaborate with factory quality, policy, and compliance teams to facilitate growth in the solutions business, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
· Ensure full alignment of the Solutions Sales team with departmental sales strategies, technical support, and utilization of factory pricing programs. Strive to maintain a win-win balance between customer satisfaction and company interests.
