Job Description
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth work progress
- Ensure all M&E works are compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Attend all the meeting as and when required
- Temporary M&E works (eg: site office, trial holes, temp power supply etc)
- Any other duties assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years experience in Construction Industry
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- AutoCAD & Revit Certificate
