Position: Community Engagement & Communications Executive (Permanent Role)
Location: Near Lorong Chuan MRT
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
• Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, partners, and local organizations
• Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives to raise awareness and promote active participation
Communications:
• Create and manage content for various communication channels (newsletters, social media, blogs, and press releases), ensuring consistent messaging and branding
• Monitor and respond to community inquiries and feedback across platforms, fostering positive engagement
Marketing Tools & Software:
• Leverage marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools) to enhance outreach and engagement efforts
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements
Content Development:
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to communicate the college’s mission
• Ensure all communications align with the brand’s voice and strategic objectives
