Specific Responsibilities


Individual to be involved in:

Assisting in Sales Strategy Implementation: The Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager assists in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. This includes setting sales goals and targets and monitoring the team's performance to ensure these are met or exceeded.


Customer Relationship Management: The role involves managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation. This includes handling customer complaints and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Collaboration with Marketing Team: The Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager works closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. This ensures a cohesive approach to achieving sales targets.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting: They monitor the performance of the sales team and prepare sales reports to analyze data and identify trends. This helps in assessing the effectiveness of sales tactics and suggesting improvements.


Recruitment and Training: The Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager assists with the recruitment and training of new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet the company's sales objectives
