Job Description:
- Assist Admin Executive in scheduling Director’s meeting
- Assist officers to Coordinate in-person and set up virtual meetings, including security clearance for visitors, booking of meeting rooms
- Compile reports, submissions, calendar of events and meeting agendas
- Manage follow-up actions from meetings
- Handle filing, data entry, and office organisation tasks
- Support the planning and execution of Group/Division activities and staff events
- Design and prepare festive greeting cards for partners
- Stock-take of collaterals/assets
- Assist with sourcing goods and services
- Monitor and track invoices for delivered goods and services
- Any other duties assigned by officers
Work Schedule:
- Monthly salary range: TBA
- Period duration: 3 Months
- Location: Jalan Besar
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: Office Hours
Job Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Creative mindset with an eye for design
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in administrative support or project coordination (preferred)
- Familiarity with social media trends and content creation (advantageous)
