Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accommodation Management: Oversee all aspects of accommodation arrangements for international students, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. This includes managing rental payments, signing contracts, and organizing airport pickups if necessary.
  • Resident Support: Ensure a pleasant living experience by arranging for housekeeping services in student accommodations, maintaining harmony among residents, and addressing any issues or concerns that tenants may encounter during their stay.
  • Office Support: Assist with the procurement of office supplies, provide administrative support, and ensure a comfortable and well-organized office environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed based on company requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support various operational needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing accommodation or similar roles, preferably with international clients or students.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with international students and staff.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive living experience for residents.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously, such as coordinating accommodation arrangements, handling administrative duties, and supporting office operations.
  • Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that tenants’ concerns are managed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, rental payments, and other administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing needs and perform additional duties as required to support the company’s operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook for managing schedules, documents, and communications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
