Job Description
- Prepare laboratory materials for Science activities in primary school level
- Maintain readiness of laboratory equipment and Science laboratories
- Maintain cleanliness & organization of laboratories and its equipment
- Perform basic stocktaking of equipment & request to replenish when needed
- Assist teachers during laboratory sessions
- Assist in the maintenance of the Recycle Corner, Vertical Farm & other vegetable farming in school
- Assist Science department members for ad-hoc duties
- Assist in administrative matters such as collection of data or any other duties required by supervisor
- Assist in general office duties such as attending to phone calls and management of queries during non-peak Science laboratory hours (e.g. after curriculum hours, school holidays etc)
Requirements
- GCE “N” Level qualification
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Meticulous with good planning and organisational skills
- Prior experience in any of the mentioned areas would be an advantage: Logistics-related work, Administrative roles
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
