We are partnering with a prominent Asset Management firm to seek an experienced and organised Assistant to support their CEO. This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide seamless administrative and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and manage high-level meetings, conferences, and events, both locally and internationally.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on key initiatives led by the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Accompany the CEO during business travel as needed, providing on-site support to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and perform other duties as required to assist in the efficient management of the CEO’s daily schedule.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Comfortable with international travel and working across time zones.
