Perm Technical Officer, Facility Management
Location: Above Tai Seng MRT station
Office hours, Mon to Fri
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations for facilities, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Assist in developing maintenance schedules and protocols, resulting in a more efficient workflow and improved system reliability
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services, Building system, MEP, fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and codes
Collaborate with the project management team to support the design and implementation of new facility systems and infrastructure upgrades
Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, including checking for leaks, monitoring equipment status, and reporting any issues to the maintenance supervisor
Provide on-call support for emergency maintenance needs, responding promptly to issues to minimize operation disruption
Compensation:
Basic monthly salary: up to $2700
Got AWS and variable bonus
Living allowance: $300/month
Attendance incentive: $65/month (If never take any unpaid leave in a month
