We are currently seeking for an innovative and passionate personnel for Anime to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible to enhance awareness about the anime-loving community & promoting of toys to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and able to analyze the latest anime & toys trends to us
- Greet and interact with customers to provide a service-minded experience on the retail merchandise area
- Assess customer needs and wants; answer customers' questions / concerns if any, make product recommendations.
- Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable manner.
- Build relationships with customers, create your own pool of regular customers.
- Perform cashiering duties.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge & passion on all types of anime characters and Japanese pop culture is required
- Flexible to work on shifts
- Enjoy customer service and sales
- Team player and independent worker who possess a positive, cheerful bubbly attitude
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
