Job Description:
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle orders for flowers, baby hampers, and other items for HR and marketing purposes
- Oversee general office maintenance and housekeeping, including managing air conditioning, copiers, printers, pest control, etc.
- Serve as the office receptionist
- Answer phone calls and relay messages
- Update and circulate contact lists
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Basic computer skills
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred
