Job Title (Lift Technician):

About the Role:
As a Lift Technician, you’ll take charge of maintaining, servicing, and repairing elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems. Beyond the technical aspects, you’ll provide customers with updates on their repair progress and address any concerns they may have. You’ll also manage inventory and order necessary parts to keep operations running smoothly.

The hiring company offers a competitive compensation package based on the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) and a technical skills assessment, ensuring fair compensation that reflects your skills and experience:
- A basic salary of up to $3,000 ++ (based on PWM and technical skills assessment)
- A monthly allowance of up to $340 ++
- Transportation allowance
- AWS (13th month bonus) and performance-based variable bonuses.
- Work hours: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) / 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance (inspection, oiling, greasing, and adjustment of mechanical components)
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions or faults
- Test and inspect safety devices to ensure full compliance with safety standards
- Recommend and replace worn or defective parts
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, providing on-site repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and codes of practice.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant technical experience in the lift, elevator, or escalator industry
- Ability to travel islandwide to various job sites as needed.
