Accounts Assistant (Receivables)

Billing to various customers for services and stock
Preparation of event necessities
Cashbook updates
Customer and bank reconciliation
Response to email / call enquires on matters pertaining customer invoices and receipts
Maintaining proper documentation and filing
Improve and update Accounts Receivables SOP
Microsoft Office knowledge (Microsoft Excel a priority)
Google Sheets knowledge
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
