Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of IT resources and assets.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT systems and processes to identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT governance practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on IT governance performance, compliance, and risk management to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support in the development and implementation of IT-related policies, standards, and controls.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve IT governance practices.
