· Demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in delivering prompt and excellent frontline services to patients.
· Handle the admissions and discharges procedures of patients' visits, appointment scheduling and administration of patients'
records.
Requirements:
- Possesses GCE 'N'/'O'' Level, Higher/ NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- Working experience in Customer Service/ healthcare industry is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
