Roles and Responsibilities:
- Station at stores located in various shopping malls
- Attend to walk in customers, demonstrate products according to their needs
- Responsible for day-to-day retail operations and sales achievement of given target
- Communicate to customers about on-going promotions and offers
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in retail industry
- Good communication skills & team player
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Maintain positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Have a cheerful spirit and is always willing to help out
- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
