  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Managing workflow and ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed to avoid shortages.

  • Handling and disposing of expired or unsuitable food items properly.
  • Managing inventory levels of food ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.
  • Placing orders with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
  • Minimizing waste through careful inventory control and portion management.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Generating sales reports and maintaining records of daily transactions.
  • Supervising and training crew staff on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
  • Scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
  • Assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned by management
