• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and follow up sales quotation
• Maintain and update customer record in ERP system
• Ordering of Aircon
• Issue invoice and ensure payment is collected
• Arrange schedule
• Handle complains and feedback
• Any other ad hoc tasks given.
Job Requirements:
• Resourceful and possess problem-solving and analytic skills
• Can do attitude and willing to learn
• Independent, self-driven and pro-active
• Service oriented, sales driven and a team player
• Minimum GCE “O”/“N” Levels or equivalent
• More than 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Well verse in English
