Sales Admin Roles

Triple Q Pte. Ltd.

•⁠ ⁠Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses via email, phone, and other communication channels.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and follow up sales quotation

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update customer record in ERP system

•⁠ ⁠Ordering of Aircon

•⁠ ⁠Issue invoice and ensure payment is collected

•⁠ ⁠Arrange schedule

•⁠ ⁠Handle complains and feedback

•⁠ ⁠Any other ad hoc tasks given.


Job Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Resourceful and possess problem-solving and analytic skills

•⁠ ⁠Can do attitude and willing to learn

•⁠ ⁠Independent, self-driven and pro-active

•⁠ ⁠Service oriented, sales driven and a team player

•⁠ ⁠Minimum GCE “O”/“N” Levels or equivalent

•⁠ ⁠More than 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and customer service skills

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•⁠ ⁠Well verse in English
