Administrative Assistant

Crawfurd Medical Centre Pte. Ltd.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Assist Reporting Officer in administrative duties and procedures relating to clinic operations
  • Handle clinic billing, invoicing, and assist with processing all claims, including follow up, liaison, troubleshooting and rectification of issues encountered
  • Ensure proper filing and storage of medical forms, reports, and legal documents
  • Monitor and maintain clinic inventory of medical supplies and equipment
  • Manage supplier relationships and handle procurement for office and medical supplies
  • Provide administrative support in preparing reports and performance metrics for clinic operations
  • Assist Reporting Officer in implementing and reviewing all relevant SOPs, workflows and policies
  • Liaise closely with partner clinics, internal finance department, relevant government entities and insurance companies on all claims related matters
  • Work with external partners / clients / vendors (e.g. laboratory services) in ensuring accurate billing, and troubleshooting associated disputes
  • Ensure preparation of Health Screening reports, including binding, tracking, filing, record-keeping and documentation
  • Compilation and sorting of lab and radiology results
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the clinic’s communication platforms and workflow tools
  • Direct communication with patients and corporates through phone calls, messaging, emails etc as needed.
  • Handle email and telephone enquiries relating to billing/payments, etc
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time by your immediate supervisor and/or management


Qualification & Experience: -

  • Min GCE “N”/”O” Level and above
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data with accuracy
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinic management software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • High level of professionalism and reliability
  • Work Schedules: Mondays to Fridays: 0830hrs to 1730hrs or 0900hrs to 1800hrs (based on roster), Saturdays: 0830 hrs to 1230 hrs
