Salary Range: $2500 -$3000 Basic+ $80 Transport allowance

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri

Red Hill MRT station

Job Scope:

  • Follow up and liaise with overseas suppliers on shipment delivery and preparing monthly documentation for shipping insurance
  • Updating purchase order confirmation with overseas suppliers
  • Assist in execution of allocation planning and stock transfer for new product launches.
  • Preparing and updating purchase launch plan regularly
  • Preparing and conducting monthly seasonal/new product trainings to Promoters
  • Assist in monitoring overall stock movement and ensure stocks are available in E-commerce and other online channels
  • Maintain pricing records and make any revisions if necessary
  • Support operations when necessary

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Merchandising, Fashion Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in similar role preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Office
