· Handling billing to customers
· Compiling coaches payment
· Checking Staff Expenses claims
· Preparing payment of vendor invoices, coaches payments and other payments
· Attending to calls to the office telephone line
· Assist Finance Manager in bookkeeping tasks
· Data Entry into Xero
· Matching of documents & photocopy of Documents
· Ordering of Office supplies and pantry supplies
· All other assigned admin duties
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in partial sets of accounts. However, candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Meticulous, Proactive, Team Player
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an advantage
- 2 - 3 day work per week (hourly rate of $12)
- Willing to work in Ubi/Tai Seng Area
