Responsibilities:
- Supervise Production Technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the Process Engineer to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Address and resolve issues with plant equipment and quality.
- Monitor machinery to maintain reliability and performance.
- Facilitate training and development for team members to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, with internship experience in petroleum, chemical, or polymer industries preferred.
- Knowledge of process control, hands-on experience with plant equipment a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, technical report writing, and effective communication, along with teamwork and leadership abilities.
