Sales Consultant, Corporate Membership (Acquisition)

Singapore Manufacturing Federation

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate leads for potential new members.
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective members.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of membership to potential members.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in networking events and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for membership growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in membership sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferbaly Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
