Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee all staff, budgets and day-to-day operations of the local business unit
Formulate overall strategy, manage people, establish policies/processes and set goals for growth
Develop our people professionally, ensuring productivity and achieving sustainable profitability that help the company grow and thrive
Requirements:
At least 3 years relevant management experience.
Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare and present regular reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
