The HR Admin Executive will support our Human Resources department in various administrative functions. The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including chasing payments for the company and handling accreditation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Payment Chasing:
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain accurate records of payment statuses and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and send reminders and invoices.
- Coordinate with the finance department and clinical operations to resolve payment issues.
Accreditation Matters:
- Assist in maintaining and updating accreditations and certifications.
- Prepare documentation and submissions required for accreditation processes.
- Track expiration dates and renewal requirements for certifications.
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling meetings and processing new hire paperwork.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in offboarding of leavers.
General Office Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks and assist with office management.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in HR related studies preferred
· Diploma/Degree in Business/Accountancy/IT also welcome
· Willing to multi-task and have sense of urgency
· Able to work well as a team and independently
· Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Being a good team player and being able to cooperate effectively with colleagues
