Location: Serangoon
Reporting to the Property Manager:
- Collaborate with a team to carry out daily estate and horticultural tasks, liaise with and supervise contractors, identify defects, and implement improvement works.
- Respond to feedback and service requests from tennats, manage arrears cases.
- Handle administrative duties such as soliciting quotations, issuing work orders, applying for funding, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min. ITE / Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Open to those with no experience.
- Team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn
