To assist Sports Education unit and NSGO as the SE Executive. May include (but not limited) to the following:
- Results management - Updating result of matches to NIS website.
- Coordination for use of venue - coordinating with schools and external sports venue owners.
- Assisting in procurement and payment matters.
- Daily operations of competitions – coordination with schools, Organising Committees and NSGO.
- Manage Facilities Booking System.
- Manage Media Request & Scheduling.
- Assist Sports Education Unit Lead Secretariat in logistics matters.
Place of Work- 21 Evans Rd, Singapore 259366.
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30pm
Salary: S$2,600.00
