JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Managing front desk, including answering phone calls, messages, emails
- Greet patients and visitors, handle patient registration and check-in
- Appointment scheduling using online booking system, phone calls, messages, emails
- Manage clinic appointment system and appointment calendars
- Handling patient and corporate enquiries and providing general information about the clinic’s services
- Patient communication for updates, health reminders, reminding / recalling patients for appointments
- Liaison with corporate clients for enquiries and scheduling of appointments
- Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
- Back-end support duties, assist in clerical and data entry
- Assist other clinic assistants in day-to-day duties
- Assist in administrative tasks as required (e.g. corporate and insurance claims)
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Handle any patient issues or complaints and escalate as necessary
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Qualification & Experience:-
- Min GCE “N”/”O” level and above
- Previous experience as receptionist or in customer service role
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and respond appropriately to customers in real-time
- Proficient in spoken and written communication in Mandarin due to Mandarin speaking patients/customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with clinic management software
- Customer-focused, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Work Schedules: Mondays to Fridays: 0830hrs to 1730hrs or 0900hrs to 1800hrs (based on roster), Saturdays: 0830 hrs to 1230 hrs
