About the role:

  • Work with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment plans, understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment advice and guidance on candidate profiles;
  • Carry out screening, qualifying, shortlisting of potential candidates in accordance of employment requirements;
  • Utilize a full range of recruitment methods including job postings, social media and employee referrals to attract suitable candidates;
  • Managing the whole recruitment cycle - interview, selection and closing process;
  • Develop candidate pipelines for positions with high turnover rates and positions with anticipated needs;
  • Develop and maintain talent pool for future staffing needs;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Facilitate offer process by extending offer and negotiating employment terms;
  • Compile statistics for data point references for trend analysis;
  • Identify, propose, and develop and/ or implement new talent-attraction initiatives;
  • Build framework, plan, and execute hiring for interns from universities and polytechnics;
  • Executive recruitment fairs and internship recruitment activities;
  • Work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks and identify and resolve problems.

Requirements:

  • Candidate possesses a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably recruiting Technical positions;
  • Preferably with good exposure in Oil & Gas/ Renewable Energy/Construction industry;
  • Experience in using Workday system is an advantage;
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment and Legislation practices;
  • Strong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced environment;
  • A team player, who possesses good interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at alllevels;
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
