About the Job
We are looking for a sales consultant to help us achieve our mission of advancing the adoption of green energy and creating lifelong customer relationships. You will be a dedicated brand ambassador for our brand and guide our customers through the entire sales and delivery journey.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary contact for vehicle owners, assisting with their vehicle management or trade-in, including options for new purchases.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all communication forms, including phone, SMS, email, and messaging applications.
- Handle incoming leads, assess customer needs, and coordinate test drives or showroom visits.
Support clients post-order and maintain their excitement about the brand. - Collaborate with various teams (field partners, delivery, finance, marketing) to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and the competitive market.
- Work with peers and departments to address challenges and enhance service for clients.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary education with a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Positive and energetic with professional and excellent customer service skills.
