Duties and Responsibilities:
- To work with the kitchen team to produce food for the unit to a high standard daily.
- To ensure kitchen is supervised and managed efficiently and effectively to ensure total accountability for their
productivity and efficiency
- Ensure that all the staff are well-trained
- To assist in any of the kitchens, this may require assistance within or outside normal working hours
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
