Key Responsibilities:
- Handle mail, deliveries, visitor reception, and document circulation.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
- Manage office and pantry supplies, equipment, and coordinate facilities maintenance.
- Organise business trips, bookings, and collaborate on office activities and policies.
- Manage security access, including card user profiles and after-hours support.
Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma holder with 4+ years of experience as an office administrator in an MNC (500+ employees).
- Strong background in office facilities management and understanding of office procedures.
- Meticulous, organised, and self-motivated, with a resourceful approach to challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills, with strong organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
