Our client is a global investment bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle mail, deliveries, visitor reception, and document circulation.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies, equipment, and coordinate facilities maintenance.
  • Organise business trips, bookings, and collaborate on office activities and policies.
  • Manage security access, including card user profiles and after-hours support.

Requirements:

  • Minimally Diploma holder with 4+ years of experience as an office administrator in an MNC (500+ employees).
  • Strong background in office facilities management and understanding of office procedures.
  • Meticulous, organised, and self-motivated, with a resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills, with strong organisational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
