Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and managing large research projects that may involve multiple research institutes and industry partners, covering different technology and industry sectors
- Collaborate with Principal Investigator, organise and lead project reviews including project administrative matters
- Adhere to project management framework over the project life cycle to manage progress, schedule, and risk, and ensure deliverables meet project objectives
- Manage project dashboard, drive workflow automation and improvement
- Engage stakeholders effectively to ensure close collaboration and alignment towards project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, or higher qualification with 8 years of experience related to project management
- Familiar with project management methodologies, best practices, and problemsolving skills
- Proven track record in managing full project cycle from project kick off, to execution and till project closing successfully
- Good technical background, excellent organizational skills including attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Individuals without the mentioned prerequisites will be evaluated based on their strong willingness to acquire new skills
