Responsibilities
- Assist in the launch, operation, and shutdown of plant processes to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
- Execute production tasks, assess quality, and handle basic maintenance to achieve timelines, standards, and budget goals.
- Conduct site inspections, collect samples, and document findings to improve reliability and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Engage in emergency preparedness training and respond to situations as a member of the emergency team, while adhering to safety and environmental regulations to promote a secure workplace.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ level with credits in Science/Technical subjects or NITEC (NTC 2) or Diploma in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation, or Electronics
- Completed National Service
- Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts work
- A team player with initiative, drive, and commitment, capable of handling pressure and communicating effectively with others
