Key Responsibilities:
Adaption and implementation of the global marketing strategy in the relevant region
- Adaptation and implementation of the global marketing strategy as well as expansion and optimization of regional marketing concepts for different markets and target groups.
- Close exchange and coordination with the local subsidiaries, global marketing and global product management while maintaining a strong market and customer focus.
- Direct responsibilities for subsidiaries in South East Asia, Taiwan and Australia.
- Management and control of the marketing budget for the region.
- Continuous monitoring and regular reporting of relevant marketing KPIs to Global Marketing.
Monitoring and implementation of marketing and sales supporting measures.
- Designing, updating, maintaining, and implementing global and regional marketing measures in cooperation with Global Marketing, as well as with service providers if required (e.g., Employer Branding, Content Management & PR, Exhibition & Event Coordination, Online Marketing).
- Planning, organization and implementation of complex marketing and sales events, e.g., trade fair participations, in coordination with the respective superior.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of methods/measures and procedures, proposing corrective actions regarding economic objectives and targets.
- Processing of extensive inquiries from interested parties, e.g., in the CRM system.
- Involvement in the creation/monitoring of the media plan and the marketing budget.
- Monitoring and continuous development of Corporate Identity
Acquisition and assessment of market and competitive information of the relevant region
- Trend research, analysis, and selection of regional sales & marketing measures.
- Assistance and evaluation of regional customer satisfaction analyses
Key Requirements:
- Relevant Professional Qualifications with marketing/digital marketing experience.
- Work experience in related fields for at least 5 years.
- Relevant experience in organisation of trade fair.
