Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Standards Implementation: Implement regulations, technical specifications, and standards related to curtain wall construction. Adhere to the company's rules, regulations, and management provisions across all branches or offices.
- Contract and Design Management: Participate in contract discussions with the Marketing Department and collaborate with the design institute for design plan formulation. Develop and organise construction planning at the implementation stage based on contract requirements and actual site conditions. Prepare and submit construction organisation designs and plans for review by the branch company.
- Project Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage construction projects, overseeing the project management team within the scope of authorisation. Handle team attendance, performance evaluations, and remuneration allocations. Establish project management regulations, ensuring smooth coordination and supervision of daily activities.
- Resource and Production Management: Manage and allocate production resources, including manpower, capital, materials, machinery, and equipment, throughout each stage of the project. Monitor and control construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
- Quality, Safety, and Cost Control: Organise and manage quality and safety procedures during construction. Oversee cost control measures, ensuring adherence to project budgets while maintaining quality standards. Participate in the selection of outsourcing units and manage their performance.
- Procurement and Supplier Management: Engage in material procurement processes, negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with the Material Department to ensure proper warehousing procedures are followed.
- Project Completion and Settlement: Oversee the final stages of the project, including completion acceptance and settlement. Ensure the project is delivered according to contractual obligations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, preferably in curtain wall design, fabrication, and engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, technical specifications, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in cost control, procurement, and supplier management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
