Job Scope:
1)Handle daily external / internal enquiries on Genset, Spare Part & After Sales issues
- Liaise with supplier, prepare purchase orders
- Liaise with customer, prepare quotations, order confirmations, and shipping documents
- Liaise with forwarder for shipment arrangement
- Handles whole procurement and Sales process till order completion
- Experience with export documents, L/C, custom clearance is a plus
2)Analyzing and forecasting the usage of Spare Parts
3)Monitor payments, book-keeping of sales data and report
4)Process Monthly closing and periodic report
5) Occassion Travel
Assist supervision in data entry and general office work
Requirements
(Education/ Work experience/ Skills/ Abilities)
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Order processing and shipping knowledge required
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Chinese and English
- 1-3 years working experience in related field is preferred
- Self-motivated and good team spirit
