Currently, we are looking out for a Experience PMO Analyst to support one one our client's project 7 to 8 months period for a start, potential for extension of contract thereafter.
Job Scope
- PMO Process & Tool: Accountable for the development, review and approval of PMO processes and tools that will be used within the program.
- Communicate / conduct training on the PMO process & tools to the project team
- Project Management Process: Enable and support the onshore and offshore delivery teams with the day-to-day program/project management processes
- Demand & Resource Management: Responsible for assessing demand & resource management, raise the resource demand in HR Tool as per the project resource plan. Responsible for onboarding & offboarding resources
- ChangeControl Process: Responsible for the operationalize of the change control process
- Program / Project Logistics: Own the facility / space plan and its enablement to support the Program team
