Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Insurance Team: Manage and lead a team of insurance professionals, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team meets sales targets.
- Training & Support: Provide training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the insurance team, offering ongoing support to improve sales techniques and product understanding.
- Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in the insurance sector and promote cross-selling of our management consultancy services, including company formation, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored insurance solutions while introducing our consultancy services to meet their broader business needs.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies for both insurance and consultancy services, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Cross-Promotion of Services: Leverage opportunities to promote the company’s consultancy services to existing insurance clients, enhancing overall client value and revenue potential.

Requirements:
- Insurance License: Must possess a valid insurance license.
