Job Summary: Design and execute Regional brand strategy across Asia Pacific to a build a profitable growing business for the Respiratory Tract Infection (RTI). The role offers opportunity to closely engage with Country and Regional teams to champion innovative Marketing that delivers value to our Customers and Patients. You will gain strong hands-on experience in delivering Healthcare Professional Marketing, expand Retail business and lead the brand strategy for your business.
The role is based in Singapore with an expected business travel of 40-50% through the year.
Job Scope:
Product Marketing:
· Lower RTI, RSV and Strep A: Develop brand strategy, identify growth opportunities, design marketing plans and drive execution in target Countries for the lateral flow and molecular point-of-care portfolio
· Self-Test – RTI and HIV: Shape the market for self-test diagnostics with brilliant basics in Retail and Digital Commerce. Build Country capability and deliver Digital Media Excellence
· New Product launch: Support country teams to ensure impactful launch and timely execution of all channel opportunities.
· Product and Marketing expertise: Build deep product and disease knowledge, Develop health care professional marketing expertise, Coach Country teams to execute customer centric brand plans
· Market and Customer Insights: Engage effectively with Regional Insights lead, Country Marketing and Sales to extract valuable market insights. Work closely with Country leads to translate the insights into impactful marketing initiatives that deliver business growth. Track Seasonality to support effective demand forecasting model.
· Competitive Intelligence and Partnerships: Build strong connects with key Country teams to track competitive actions, formulate strategic responses to protect Market Share and maximize growth opportunities.
· Product Superiority: Bring to life our product technology and differentiation by working closely with Medical & Scientific Affairs to build claims, Doctor centric communication and KOL engagement.
· Go To Market: Define the Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning strategy for the product portfolio for each focus Country and translate it into real Sales and Marketing execution with Country teams.
· Training and Sales effectiveness: Deliver Product training and effective Sales pitch to acquire new customers and meet Sales Objectives. Develop simple, effective training tools that help Sales teams to translate product benefits into customised Value Proposition and win with Customers
Internal Systems and Processes
· Comply with Corporate Policies and Procedures
· Implement and review an annual portfolio marketing plan for the APAC region.
· Ensure all portfolio product and service volume forecasts are current and accurate
· Analyse effectiveness/ROI of marketing activities, campaigns and events
· Ensure all marketing activities are conducted professionally, aligned with local regulatory and industry guidelines and are conducted in a manner consistent with Company’s Business Conduct guidelines and OEC Policies. And relevant country’s Code of Conduct guidelines, and Anti-Corruption Policy.
Requirements:
· Degree in Marketing or management with at least 3 years’ experience in the field of Marketing, Marketing Communications, digital marketing or other similar field required
· Medical device and/or healthcare industry background is good to have
· Excellent use of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel software
· Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
· Good in project management skills.
· Verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of interdisciplinary teams
· Self-starter who takes initiative, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to independently manage multiple projects towards aggressive deadlines.
· Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
· Organizational and follow-up skills, team player as well as attention to detail
Additional Information:
· Salary – S$7K per month + 1-month bonus
· Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable and convertible to perm
· Commencement Date: Immediate
· Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
