Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Manage and execute the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Calibration Maintenance (CM) workflows, ensuring equipment and systems are serviced and calibrated according to schedules and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement PM schedules to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Ensure all CM activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Serve as the SAP Administrator/Expert for the plant’s maintenance activities, managing all aspects of SAP related to PM, CM, and work orders
- Oversee the SAP integration and migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions during system upgrades or changes
- Ensure SAP system configurations align with the plant’s operational needs and compliance requirements
- Provide SAP training and support to maintenance teams, ensuring that all users are proficient in using the system for maintenance activities
- Coordinate maintenance activities by generating and managing work orders through SAP, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within set timelines
- Monitor equipment performance and initiate corrective maintenance when necessary to prevent unexpected failures or downtime
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams to address any maintenance-related issues
- Ensure that all maintenance and calibration activities are fully documented in SAP and comply with pharmaceutical industry standards, including cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements
- Prepare maintenance reports, analyse trends, and recommend improvements to optimize equipment performance and reliability
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in preventive and calibration maintenance, leveraging SAP data to optimize maintenance strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance, SAP system usage, and workflow efficiency
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance, with a focus on preventive and calibration maintenance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in SAP(specifically in maintenance modules) with experience in SAP integration and migration projects
- Strong knowledge of PM and CM processes, including developing and managing maintenance schedules
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory standards (e.g., GMP) and maintenance documentation requirements
